Abstract:In modern medical treatment, acupuncture plays an irreplaceable role in treating diseases and improving patients’ life quality. Since ancient times, the subject of acupuncture has been developed by generations of doctors into various schools. Among them, Li’s acupuncture is a therapy proposed by Professor Xuegeng Li, based on both the experience of previous generations and years of clinical practice of his own. He compiled the book《Li’s acupuncture for children》, which introduces all aspects of Li’s acupuncture and provides methods for future generations to treat related diseases. through the efforts of Professor Xuelin Li and his many disciples, the clinical application of Li’s acupuncture has been further practiced and developed. Given this, the author deeply feels that the profound ideas and sophisticated skills of this therapy should be inherited and carried forward by younger generations. This paper discusses the curative effect and advantages of Li’s acupuncture, based on the clinical practice of applying Li’s acupuncture to the treatment of children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy.
